Information on access to and use of the Proasail.com website, and on the booking process, payment and cancellation terms.

1. Acceptance of the conditions

Use of the Website by users implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the rules contained in this clause, as published by Proasail.com at the time each user accesses the Website. Consequently, users should read the conditions of use and the privacy policy carefully each time they intend to use this Website, as they may be modified without prior notice.

These Terms and conditions apply to, and are binding on, anyone who uses or browses the Website, who undertakes to accept them fully and unconditionally. If a natural or legal person does not agree with any of the conditions contained in this agreement, they must refrain from continuing to use and purchase the products and services offered by Proasail.com, as mere browsing of the Website is subject to the conditions contained herein.

Proasail.com reserves the right to modify the website's conditions of use and privacy policy, and it is therefore the duty of the natural or legal person using the site to review these conditions periodically.

Proasail.com accepts no liability for the availability of the Website for use by customers. Nor does the company accept any liability for damage arising from the use of the platform or of the communication mechanisms.

2. Purpose

Proasail.com is a platform specialising in the hire of semi-rigid boats (RIBs), transport and storage for dinghy sailing coaches.

In addition, in collaboration with Davima, Proasail.com offers a van hire service for transporting dinghy sailing equipment.

3. Booking and quotation process

3.1. Semi-rigid boats (RIBs)

Contact us to request a quote per day or per event. We offer a range of RIB models to meet the needs of sailing clubs, federations and sailing coaches.

Salthouse 5.8 Designed to deliver a smoother ride, tighter turns, more working space and a simple, uncluttered layout. These boats also make coaches' work easier thanks to their ability to hold a clean, straight line during close coaching on the water.
Comfort on the water When your “office” is on the water, comfort is essential. The Salthouse Coach Boat offers a dry, ergonomic layout, while also giving coaches a spacious working platform.
VSR RIB F10 Ideal for accompanying all types of boats, towing Laser dinghies – up to six at a time without causing engine problems – and carrying support equipment.
VSR 5.8r Designed by experts from the UK's Royal Yachting Association (RYA). It is wider and more heavily reinforced, with larger inflatable tubes and added extras.

The VSR RIB F10 is suitable for use alongside boats such as the Optimist, 420, Laser and Europe.

According to British technical experts, the VSR 5.8r is “the best semi-rigid inflatable boat currently in use”.

3.2. Vans

Proasail.com provides vans so that dinghy sailors and coaches can drive safely and in compliance with local law. We work with Davima to provide the best vehicles for transporting your dinghy sailing equipment to every venue.

The vehicles come ready for dinghy sailing and include:

Deposit A deposit is required*

*The deposit will be refunded at the end of the hire period provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

4. Payment

The customer will pay the full price of the activity using the payment methods established by Proasail.com.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

If a customer is unable to attend a booked hire or service, they may cancel the booking under the following conditions:

As a general rule, no refund will be given unless the cancelled place becomes available to other customers again. If the cancelled place is booked by another customer, the original user will receive a 50% refund.
